In an average of seven individual sessions (approx. 45 minutes each), you will learn to develop a healthy sleep pattern. Effective
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) has been shown in dozens of studies to be more effective than medication. We collaborate with the University of Amsterdam, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and the Netherlands Institute for Neuroscience on research to further improve insomnia treatment.
Accessible
We meet the requirements of all health insurers in the Netherlands, which means that in most cases your treatment is eligible for reimbursement.
